Holy dang. If it's one thing I learned, it's not to let submissions pile. I would like to make a request to hold onto your submissions until May 4th (PACIFIC TIME). Submitting the pieces is a slow and steady process and it'll take me a while to get all of these up. If you do not see yours up here by then, it's because I a) slacked off or b) we're not accepting what you're submitting. Thanks.

That's right ladies and gents, WE'RE ACTUALLY UPDATING!!!!
So this means a lot of things.

The first thing being taken care of is messages and notes. We're going to ignore all of the join notes for now, so if you've sent us a not and devwatched the club, you're in good shape! If you didn't watch the club, you should probably do that so that you don't complain about not being on the member list later. I guarantee someone's going to do that.

Favorites...do not matter at this point. When there are over 1300 messages, favorites are the last thing on your mind. But if you're one of those people who like to ignore all the rants and notes we send out about faving club deviations...=ShinjiSaigohakai just might bite you to death in your sleep. She'll find where you live.

Submissions will be taken care of after that, and luckily not many of those built up [knocks on wood] so hopefully that'll get finished over spring break.

If you are interested in becoming a mod for the club, please note my real dev account!!I know a few of you said you were interested, but please note me again! Senior members have a better shot!!

And in case you haven't noticed...we have no devID. I'd love to do a contest regarding that, so maybe we'll have an ID contest before summer begins. I might be able to get some good prizes since I'm going through a shopping service to get some doujinshi and chara goods soon!

I'm still having problems with favorites. Thank you once again to those who have went back and removed them and added the originals.

I've decided to resort to the watermarks that state "Don't fav, go to [insert deviant's name]'s gallery and add the original!" Of course, if you don't want me to slap an ugly one on your pictures, you can do it yourself (that goes for all of you that have already sent the submissions). But I would like to request watermarked (in blatantly obvious places) preview images from now on with a link to the original, of course.

Except for donation pieces to the club--- those, you don't have to. We will give you credit for them.

And don't worry if you don't see your submissions or icon added, we will get to them. And one more thing, don't leave comments asking us to add you to the member's list. You will be ignored.

Hallo! This is =KatSumeragi, doing the first big update in a reeeeeally long time! Sorry about the delays, but I just got through some hellish finals (three AP classes and a pile of homework 0_o) and I've now gotten the chance to update! I'm sorry I couldn't reply to the new member notes, but there were over 600 messages and over 200 notes, so...I didn't feel like it, and it's for a good reason XD.

So please, I'm updating the member journals as we speak, and listen to =ShinjiSaigohakai's words, as she's the one who puts up with the submissions and faves. Please?

I'll make this clear.

DO NOT ADD ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THE CLUB GALLERY TO YOUR FAVORITES THAT ARE NOT DONATIONS, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE VERBALLY BITTEN TO DEATH BY ME.

Those of you who removed them immediately afterwards, or after my first warning, thank you very much. Those of you who ignored my notes concerning the issue, you are going to be the reason why I will slap huge ugly watermarks on every submission that comes my way.

If I have to resort to that, then I apologize to all the wonderful artists that have sent their submissions to me. But there's a reason to my madness over this issue, and it's to make sure you guys get the attention you deserve for your pieces. I'm sorry.

I sincerely apologize for the huge delay on the submissions! We're both procrastinators at heart, but =KatSumeragi has been piled under stacks of homework and I've been dealing with life and its troubles. She's also back from her suspension, so feel free to send her notes regarding the club if need be.

Also, we have a truckload of new members and affiliates, but I'm afraid that we will not be getting to them anytime soon as Kat has officially banned me from handling those and also because Kat is dealing with homework, and she has to get situated into her new house too.

Once again, I apologize. And! Oh, don't forget--- don't add club submissions to your favorites! It's alright if you accidentally did so and removed it immediately afterwards, I won't get on your case about that. However, if I have to tell you twenty times to remove something, then we're going to have problems.

Happy 2008 Everyone! We're back from the loooong hiatus (and I'm still not finished with the submissions, oh noes!) Since I'm a procrastinator at heart, I'll finish the rest of the submissions another time since I still have homework to finish. Oops.

So there are a lot of new members! Yay!
